Payment conditions
The advance payment of 50% of the stay price shall be paid during 5 working days after the confirmation of accomodation. Additional payment is payable on arrival day. Preliminary reservation expires if the payment of the advance is not performed within maturity term. When cancellation occurs during 14 days after conclusion of a contract, you can withdraw from contract without any cancellation charge.

It is possible to levy an advance payment of CZK 1000 (EUR 50) for eventual loss of keys, damage of furniture etc.), which we will return you after no-problems checking the apartment at the end of your stay.
When cancellation occurs 14 days and less before arrival day the client would be charged with cancellation fees which is 10% from total price of the stay.
